• Well documented project plan
• Well documented coding sturcture with all classes, modules and variables defined.
• HTML wireframe / prototype (mockup without real design) which defines entire system functionality and data flow
• Milestone of the project and work allocation to the team members datewise.
• Setting up the PMS (Project Management System) for the team to avoide any sort of communication gap during development.
